STARSKATE

Skills, Tests, Achievement, Recognition – this is what STARSkate is all about! Skaters who have completed the 6 badges in the CanSkate program move on to STARSkate as their next step.
Starskate offers opportunities for skaters of all ages to
continue to develop fundamental figure skating skills in the areas of ice dance, skating skills, free skate and interpretive skating. It is at this level that skaters require private
coaching to take Skate Canada Tests as well as entering local competitions. Skaters who have mastered figure skating skills
in STARSkate may also choose to pursue synchronized skating or pairs skating. All of our coaches are NCCP certified and offer expertise in freeskate, dance and skills.
This season there will be a MAX of 20 total skaters on the ice (including Coaches).
One adult per skater is allowed inside the rink, masks must be worn and there are no in/our privileges. Skaters will have to wear masks while putting on their skates, but not on the ice.
Everyone must arrive 20minutes before their skating session to be granted entry to the rink, this will be strictly adhered to. Those who are late will miss their session (rink rules).
